I've been to Vietnam a few times and let me tell you, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. You're welcomed by friendly staff and you truly feel like royalty. This is my favorite hotel so far. Get the club lounge, it was worth it. The breakfast buffet was the best. We get the salted coffee every morning and night. It was that good. I would stay here a million times!

The view from the room and lounge was truly amazing, and the breakfast was so sophisticated, especially the Vietnamese dim sum, sambal, was so delicious that I would stay again just to have this breakfast. I also appreciate that they were able to accommodate the requests I had asked for in advance. At check-in, there may have been some misunderstanding due to my poor English, but the receptionist did not exchange my Japanese yen for dong, and I wasted a lot of time learning unfamiliar cash-out procedures in the middle of the night, which was disappointing, The next day, I avoided that receptionist and dared to ask another staff member to exchange money, and it turned out to be all right.

Gave us the worst possible room configuration for the executive level. Only after our complaint did they provided us with the room which was advertised online. The floors on the rooms remained stained and dirty for our entire 4 night stay. Laundry service lost our clothes and the issue remained unresolved even after we left during the hotel. Management lacked authority to act and are incompetent. For the same price of close to $700 AUD per night, it's much better to stay at the Reverie Saigon.

Is been a long time like more than 20 years for me to go back visit Vietnam . Me and my mom want to stay at the hotel for experience. I really impressed with the quality of the hotel very friendly and staff very nice, polite and very helpful which my mom she needed an extra help . The room was very quiet and clean they give us a corner one we can look the view city of Saigon . I’m really happy we will go back to visit and definitely to stay there again . Thanks
