Thien Ha is anything but Heavenly

I stayed at Thien Ha 3 years ago and it seems totally different as if it was not maintained at all. he bathroom walls were cracking because of humidity and towels had black stains. he bed had dirty sheets and covers. After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning. Finally the front desk came up to check as if they needed to vouch our words. I showed him all the problems and he agreed to give us another room. I felt insulted that I had to show him the issues. The bedroom of the second room had clean sheets but the bathtub and walls had black mold. I decided to stay the night and check out the following morning. It was a waste of a stay but I would not stay in an unclean place.

직원숙박을 해줬는데 체크인하고 이튿날에 조식포함인데 조식을 안주질않나~ 이튿날에 이름을 잘못보구는 취소됬다면 돈을 도 지불하라고 하질않나~

Foto's stroken totaal niet met realiteit. Jacuzzi was made in China kwaliteit en deed het maar half. Vlekken in het bankstel en versleten matrassen.

5박6일간의 후기

방은 굉장히 넓어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실 불이하나 고장났더라구요. 이점빼곤 방은 만족스러웠고 하지만 주변에 뭐가 너무 없습니다, 출장으로 방문해서 어쩔 수 없었지만 여행으로 방문하시는건 비추천 드립니다.

리뷰에 개미 때문에 예약하기 전에 좀 꺼렸었는데 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 바닥이 대리석 바닥이라서 아주 작은 개미가 있긴 한데 한 두 마리 정도 봤던 거 같아요 조식 중 고기 요리는 전날 한 것 같아서 맛이 없는 것도 있었는데 전체적으로 맛있었어요 수영장과 헬스장 시설도 좋았구요

Quieter option in HCMC

Great front desk assistance. Cheap option being outside of town center. Great gym next door (extra charge). Be aware of taxi drivers trying to overcharge you.

Um bom hotel, quartos amplos, sinal de Wi-Fi forte mas velocidade lenta, ótima banheira, café da manhã ok com poucas opções, funcionários atenciosos, cama confortável, bom travesseiros, boas toalhas de banho. Área local distante do centro mas com opções de refeição e compras. Precisam melhorar a limpeza do quarto. Check-in rápido mas check-out com problema, queriam cobrar bebidas que não consumimos.

The property uses photos from a sports club at the next building. To use the pool, you have to get a voucher and copy of your passport and then walk to the sports club!!! And you cannot bring any food or beverage to swim. All alleged facilities are from the Sports Club. Other than big rooms, the hotel has none of the facilities advertised. Price was too good to be true, I suppose. Location was not ideal since it does not have the advertised facilities.

Bra hotell men tid till city

Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal som hjälpte oss att boka dagsturer med mera. Poolen låg i en annan byggnad där man fick ”checka in” varje gång. Ligger inte så långt från city men trafiken i staden är riktigt kaosig så var svårt att planera hur långt tid det skulle ta. Ibland 60 min ibland 20 min när trafiken var bättre.

Kokemus oli ihan hyvä. Hotellin aamiaispöydästä löytyi suomalaisellekin syötävää. Huone oli tosi tilava. Vuode oli hyvä. Suihkussa veden paineet huonot. Hotellissa olisi ollut palveluja, mutta emme tarvinneet mitään, koska olimme vain pari yötä. Allasalue oli pettymys. Ei ollut hotellin yhteydessä vaan takan olevan treenisalin pihassa. Ihmiset hotellissa ja kaupungissa ystävällisiä. Oltiin nähtävyys, ei varmaan meikäläisiä ole niille nurkilla paljon eksynyt. Hotelli sijaitsi 17 km päässä lentokentältä. Liikenne pitää kokea paikan päällä, siellä mukana liikkuen. Sitä mopedien määrää ja tööttäilyä! Kyllä se kadun ylityskin sitten onnistui.

Really lovely hotel. Great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, fair money exchange rate, unbelievably good gym and pool area attached. Hotel kept clean at all times. Downsides are things the hotel cannot control. Not a great holiday location, road hotel is located on is full of rubble and shower was very weak, probably due to local plumbing.

Excellent!!!

Excellent staffs! This time had to go to port so I booked here. Also was very anxious to use the gym behind the building , it was great! But you need to recieve a voucher and a copy of your photo id which can be giving to you at the check in counter without any hastles. For sure will come again! The breakfast not so much of a choice but the pork rib bbq was delicious!!!

운동이 목적이라면 추천

운동이 목적이라면 꽤 추천할만합니다. 헬스장과 수영장이 참 좋네요. 헬스장 뒷쪽엔 여러 운동기구와 복싱링도 있고, 운동하러오는 외국인이 엄청 많았어요. 핼스장과 수영장이 있는 곳에 음식도 사서 먹을 수 있어요. 생각이상으로 너무 맛있었던 ^^ 다만, 호텔 객실의 침실은 너무 푹신해서 허리가 너무 아팠네요. 지금 호텔 앞 길이 공사중이라 밤에 호텔이 흔들려서 지진난 줄 알았어요

조식이나 서비스는 좋으나 청결도나 위치가 좋지않다

직원들이 친절하고 조식이 맛있습니다. 다만 번화가와 거리가 멀고 호텔 주변에 가게나 놀거리가 없습니다. 그리고 개미가.. 정말! 많습니다 티테이블위에서 스푼을 드는 순간 봤던 바글거리는 개미가 잊혀지지 않습니다. 그리고 바닥의 벽사이에 개미가 끊임없이 나와서 다음날 살충제를 사서 뿌리니까 그나마 괜찮았습니다.
