This is not a serviced apartment. It is a very nice and modern room in a busy, noisy, trendy building with trendy shops and restaurants and cafes. Seems everyone wants to visit this building for those reasons and it happens to have some newly detailed rooms tucked into private spaces on various floors of this building. Getting into your room is an odd and overwhelming experience with confusion and uncertainty and scooters parked everywhere and rats and a lift you have to pay for (or show your coupon the host will provided) Once you are settled into your room you will eventually settle and realize what you are in for. Awesome location and a great host Get past the arrival and check in shock and settle in. Noise level drops off after 10 pm ish as the cafes and shops close

I only stayed for one night but I loved it. Efficient room in a very cool apartment building with lots of cafes and cool balcony views. If you prefer a quiet stay, this may not be for you; you will hear cafes preparing to open up in the morning and it’s in a loud area of the city. If you’re looking for convenience and affordability in District 1, this is a great choice.

I only stayed one night but it was a great affordable hotel that was super clean, no signs of mold, and had a comfortable bed with soft sheets. The location was very convenient too being in the cafe apartments. Staff is also very nice and communicated through expedia & zalo very well. Some things to note is that elevator can be slow during the day time and even though there are black out curtains, light might still shine through from the busy streets in case anyone is sensitive to light. Bed is also on the firmer side. Overall I would stay here again :)

Our flight was delayed by several hours and we didn’t arrive until after 1am. We were happily greeted by our host at the hotel entrance and he carried our bags to our room. Very clean and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Our host was very communicative before, during and after our stay. There are fun shops and restaurants in the building, We discovered that right next door has some of the tastiest and best priced Vietnamese food we had while in the City.

Each floor has its own attraction, such as a boutique, coffee shop, souvenirs, mini restaurants, and a salon, all in one building. A very convenient location. It has it all. And most of all our room is perfect, and the host is very helpful. I am definitely going to book my self again at The Cafe.

Das Apartement ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ich habe hier fast 2 Wochen verbracht und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und modern, der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Man befindet sich in Mitten des bekannten Café-Building, zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. Es hat etwas sehr besonderes dort zu wohnen, wo andere als Touristen hinkommen. Ich kann es voll und ganz empfehlen.
