My room was completely renovated and brand new. Great location, friendly and outgoing staff. My 4th stay at this place now under the 4th ownership since my first stay in 2017. Is my go to location in HCMC. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Location is great and the staff friendly but the bed was super hard (no box spring) and hot water ran out after the first day we were there (stayed 3 nights total), small pool area for the size of the hotel.

Very close to Russian Market. Not too far from restaurants and other markets. Many other restaurants in District 1 are within 20 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes Grab ride.

Very nice room. Rooftop bar and pool were also very nice, but the drinks were very expensive. Strong musty/moldy smell in the room, coming from under the sink.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The first room I stayed at had a funky smell but I asked and they moved me to another room right away so it’s not a big problem. Overall, the room is clean and comfy. Their prices are pretty good for a room like this. Highly recommended and i’ll choose this place again next time i come back.

I would say this is an "okay" hotel where the price isnt terribly expensive. I rarely write bad review but i would think some of them need to be retrained if the hotel wants to bring up their standing.

Wonderful 10/10

This was my first trip abroad, and I w brought my 5 year old. The Arrivals was the BEST choice I could have made, everyone was extremely pleasant and everyone spoke English! They have a person at the front to help you book any tours you want to do, they accommodated every need and made me feel very special and more importantly SAFE. The property is beautiful the infinity pool was my daughters favorite part. The rooms came with a stove top to reheat our left over Pho, snacks and bathroom needs. We will be back, I can’t say enough great things about the Arrivals.

Awful staff and service. Got put in a standard room and paid for a superior. Room next door was under construction making it very noisy. Hidden hotel fees and policy’s. Cockroaches in rooms. Do not recommend.

I liked that the whole staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Check in and out process were quick. There were many foods around within walkable distance. The place was clean and we also felt safe. They gave house keeping service daily. I just wish that the house keeping staff could have been more quiet while working in the morning. We could hear every single sound/noise/conversations they made in the hallway from our room. Probably they weren’t aware of that. The other thing was the hotel wi fi was really weak. Other than that, we still had a very great stay. We loved the view from our room. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re in town.

The bed sheets/blankets, old, discolored, smelly. The smelly bed and mats made it very difficult for me to sleep. The hallway/elevators are very dirty and smell, look like they never mop. It was misleading on the ad. They post the price for regular hotel room, but when I checked in they said it was a capsule hotel room. That mean, I have to share public bathroom with other peoples. Then, I have to pay extra 800 K VND (about $40) dollars to upgrade to a room with bathroom inside. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

Capsule room great affordable option

First time trying a capsule-style room. It was very interesting. The locker space was a bit tight, but the actual room itself was more spacious than I thought it would be. I had actually had a larger room and switched to the capsule for my last night because I had to check out incredibly early to catch my flight, so didn't see the point of spending more on the bigger accomodations since I'd only be sleeping a few hours. I did notice that the noise where I could hear other people getting into their capsules and I didn't have corded headphones to use the TV, but other than that, I really enjoyed it. I do think it could've had more bathroom stalls or shelves in the shower area, but I'm sure what was offered was probably comparable to hostels and just was different for me compared to a private hotel room.

If I ever go back to Saigon, I will avoid this hotel like the plague. The welcoming reception staff (girl with the neck tattoo) was rude, snappy and rolled eyes whenever I had a question. She asked for a $20 deposit, I handed her $50 and she walked away and wouldn't provide me with change or a receipt. The manager doesn't seem to exist and can't ever be reached and the pool was far too undersized for a hotel of this size. The location of the hotel wasn't horrific but wasn't too close to anything major. There was a dog around the property that barked 24/7 which was audibly loud during the night. The only saving grace were the beautiful security outside and the lovely, lovely man that showed us to our room. I don't think I've ever seen a smile so big.

The hotel was renovated obviously so it was nice and clean. They got convenient pantry opened during the day so you can grab a tea or coffee at anytime you want.
