The property and staff are extremely welcoming. Able to provide assistance as needed. The pool and rooftop bar are a wonderful amenity. Afternoon tea is also a great feature. I stayed 3 nights and the staff at this hotel are some of the best I have ever encountered in my many years of traveling. So welcoming and attentive from the minute you are on their steps until the moment you leave. Breakfast is terrific and when I had to leave at 3:30 am to catch a flight, they had a sandwich, fruit, and coffee all packed up for me waiting at the front desk at no charge! I couldn’t recommend them any higher!

Mr Pham, Operations Mgr and his staff made our stay in Saigon most pleasant. Silverland Yen was conveniently located in District 1 and with easy walking directions we found many sights nearby. We took the Hop On/Off bus to explore Saigon and you can arrange this at the front desk (thanks Minnie). Breakfast offerings were excellent and we enjoyed the afternoon tea. Our room on the 9th (top floor) was quiet and comfortable. The pool and rooftop bar was just above giving us a ‘cool-off’ from the heat.
