I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and overall had a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay—both were clean on the surface but could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust on blinds and the shower could use bleach especially on the stones and tile accumulating mold.

Awesome hotel and location

Lovely and clean hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Loved the live music during tea time/ happy hour. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay in while in HCM/Saigon.

Very good hotel in the center of Saigon

I enjoyed my stay at the Silverland. The staff were really helpful, and my room was great. The hotel is in the middle of everything with a lot of restaurants around you. It's in the japanese part of town, so it's almost like little Tokyo.

Stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the hotel immensely. The breakfast was the best I've had anywhere in a very long time. Everything is as advertised, and the location in the Japanese quarter is great. Our room was super quiet and we slept very well. The staff was super accommodating. Would very happily stay again, 10/10.

Great location, great staff, walkable distant to almost all the tourists' sites. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, massages and spas right in front of the hotel. Always 3-4 taxis parked in front of the hotel if further travel is required. Staffs are pretty friendly and eagar to please. They rushed to the door to open the door for me during exit/re-enter the facility.

great stay at a modern place - best shower

had a great stay in saigon's little japan town. the staff were amazing 10/10 and were very helpful to carry my bags up the stairs and to my room. check in was a breeze and we had daily cleaning. the shower was probably the real highlight of the stay as the tub was amazing and the shower head was very strong. the location is 10/10. close to all the japanese food we wanted and very easy for pickup and drop off. just a 10 minute walk is central saigon and the walking street so its very convenient. would gladly book again

I had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and I did like that they had tea/snack in the afternoon in the lobby for guests. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is because the hotel is a bit dated. The carpet in the hallway could be replaced and once in awhile my room had a smell. But overall my room was great and everything worked.

My favorite place in Saigon, this time I travel with my son and he was so happy in Sayko, loves the decoration remaining Japanese Zen, loves the small piscine (just a remark need to be careful as is slippery and sharp for adults, just imagine for kids is a hazzard), the staff excellent and helpful, they help us to storage luggage in the hotel, just an amazing stay, feel like home, and thank you for care about my family

Nice hotel, but you have to inform the customers in advance that the swimmingpool is closed for renovation. You tried to make it up with us, but we would have preferred the hotel swimming pool
