We stayed in a room with the balcony which was spacious with a bright decor and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, Dao, Alee and Sophia to mention a few. It was a joy to watch all of the staff looking so happy going about their job everyday with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, my wife is Asian and I am Western and we both looked forward every morning to the breakfast every morning. Rooftop lounge and pool topped off a very enjoyable week with great bar staff who remembered your order the next day. The hotel’s location is close and walkable to shopping centres, restaurants and Opera House. We will definitely be back.

Overall great stay. The rooftop pool area was our favourite! Unfortunately the bathroom needs some improvements, the water just goes out the bath making the whole bathroom wet and the glass position is terrible. One of our rooms was the smallest on the floor which was disappointing, despite paying more for double and window room.

We stayed in the newer building and the room was amazing, we got an upgrade so it included a jacuzzi tub in the room. Really nicely decorated and quiet. The staff at reception were so friendly, one even gave us some local coffee recommendations. Pool was a nice bonus and the gym was good with the ability to open the windows wide to get some air in, it was well air conditioned too. Great location with lots of the main sights walkable.

The Service, attention and kindness at Silverland May is overwhelming, really amazing. All the staff is always attentive, open to help you and always listening. I really love to stay in and enjoy every amenity and space. If you want to relax pool area is the best place. The door men Mr. Tim was great. Miss Dory at the from is amazing and lovely kind. Ms Quyen welcome me with joy and everyone is at to all people. Miss. Lisa (manager) is over and pretty welcome and professional too. Excellent and lovely place to stay.
