The staff was very friendly and helpful, you can ask them anything that you want to know, the room is clean and comfortable, but I suggest the website should update the picture of the hotel on there website, it's doesn't match, I was a bit confused when I first come to the hotel, I though I come to a different hotel because the look of the front hotel totally difference than the picture that post on Expedia website, anyway, I was happy to stay because of the excellent helpful and friendly staff, the front desk girl and Nhung and Lâm the owner brother was extremely nice and helpful, thanks so much both of you..

Pros-Convenient to places we wanted to see , cleaning done regularly . Cons- We were moved at a different hotel and was looking for the city view as per the description of the room. We got the luxury triple room by the way, but there was no city view . Wifi was poor and slow .

Very convenient location, close enough to walk to high traffic area like Bui Vien walking street, close to restaurant. Lady in front desk is extremely helpful, even help us buying fruits from local market. Laundry is available onsite, we originally only booked 2 nights but end up extending for more than a week here.

Front desk lady is extremely nice and helped us a lot. We originally booked for only 2 days and end up extending the stay to 2 weeks. Room is simple, not fancy and wall is a little thin but it does that job since we're out majority of the day. Location is price, walk across the park to Bus Vien for fun, few local shops nearby as well.
