Incredible service by the staff... went out of their way to help us get through crowds and parades with luggage during road closures and parades. Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. Plenty of mineral water and a big swimming pool... restaurant too quiet for us but looked well organised. Thank you to all the staff!

Great experience

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our two bedroom condo in Saigon. The staff was superb, the pool perfect for lap swimming and the fitness center was well furnished with a variety of modern equipment. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

Nice stay, great staff!

This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor. The gym is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. It was a holiday week when I was here, so there were no crowds anywhere in the hotel.
