The room was clean with a nice ensuite. Hotel was situated down a small alley which meant it was away from the traffic and quiet. Breakfast was included but not much choice. A great base for exploring. Nearby market was great. Some sort of red light district was quite close but after seeing it once we just avoided as had our teenage children with us.

Good place for down town stay

Staff is super friendly and helpfull and the hotel is very clean. Location is very convenient and even if the big party street is just next door, it was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

This hotel is better than I was expecting.

I have been to 14 countries so far, and this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of value for money. The hotel staff always treated me well, especially the employee " Oanh ". and wanted to make sure my stay would be pleasant. If you are unsure about staying at this hotel, I highly recommend it, and above all, it is well located.

Hotel was located in a dark alley. a little intimidating to walk to at night not knowing the area. the hotel is a 5 story walk up. no elevator was not mentioned in comments. Arranged airport transportation with hotel. The driver was not where he stated he was going to be located. took over an hour and half to find driver. Staff was very nice and pleasant. However, the walk up of 4 stories to our room and alley location caused us to leave for another hotel. Staff did offer to move us to the 2nd floor, but we just had a bad experience.

Très décevant – je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. La première chambre était sale, avec des fourmis, une forte odeur d'humidité et une douche sans paroi où j'ai glissé dès mon arrivée. La deuxième chambre était un peu mieux, mais restait sale. Le lavabo fuyait, le réfrigérateur sentait mauvais et les équipements sont très anciens et mal entretenus. Le ménage est insuffisant et l'hôtel sent régulièrement la cigarette, probablement à cause de personnes qui fument dans les couloirs ou les chambres. Le seul point positif est le personnel de la réception, qui a été gentil et serviable. L'hôtel est annoncé comme un 3 étoiles, mais c'est très trompeur. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels 3 étoiles bien meilleurs pour un prix similaire. Pour moi, cet établissement ne mérite même pas 1 étoile. Je ne le recommande pas.

息子と2人の滞在。 レセプションの対応、親切さは最高でした。 朝食も付いており美味しかったです。 部屋の鍵の具合が良くないのだけが少し残念でした。
