The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean and bed was comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting HCM - especially for first time visiters like myself as the hotel is conveniently located within District 1 where many of the tourist attractions were. This property has a very new, minimalist feeling and you get whole lot of amenities. The room is well equipped. Very well located too, you will have a bunch of shopping options around and you can reach many places by walk or a short Grab ride. The main thing here is the staff: kind, polite and attentive. The service here was 5*. Mainly thanks to them, I will stay there again when I go back to Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is located in the middle of Everything within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Street where the flower festival was Held dur Tết; ít is modern super clean minimalist which suits my style, most important of all, all the staff was nice gracious helpful and super attentive to our needs. They all desdeserve To be commended and or a raise. A plus for the staff and for value of the hotel.

The towels did smell like mildew, old and fraying The shower area floors had a slimy feeling and sliding doors had greasy hand prints as well as build up around the tiles. Noise was not hotels control since we are at a vibrant location.
