The location is super convenient for eating, getting around, and even handling Vietnamese paperwork. The house is clean, secure, and quiet — perfect for anyone who values privacy. Phuong and the other guests were respectful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend staying here!

You get exactly what you pay for. Ideal for a short stay. Fantastic kitchen, and having a heater was a great addition. Tram stop close by and Phuong was extremely accommodating to our early check in.

I had a great time and felt like a local. There are many bus stops which you can easily go to anywhere. The room was really comfortable and felt like home. I would recommended to stay at Phuong's place and would happy to come back again.

This place is the PRIME location for being in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City. The air conditioning is AMAZING, nice and cold! The restroom was very clean. Phuong is very responsive and attentive; great hospitality. The prices was a great steal too! Everything is walking distance. Downstairs is a coffee shop so we got coffee there which was nice.

The house is very quiet and the private place in a small lane near the city center. The room just make me feel like my home. The host and hostess are very gentle and so friendly. The place is also clean. It’s free to use the washing machine and there’s a dryer machine too.

Le logement était vraiment superbe, décoré avec goût et conforme aux photos. Il était situé dans un quartier central et vivant, tout en étant un peu reculé de la route ce qui a fait que c'était très calme. Phuong nous a envoyé des recommandations et a toujours été très réactif dans la réponse aux messagex. Nous avons uniquement eu un soucis avec le produit pour laver notre linge, nous recommandons simplement d'acheter votre propre lessive.
