ホテルは市内中心部からのアクセスも良く、お部屋や設備もとても快適でした。 最終日のホーチミン市内観光中にスマートフォンの盗難に遭ってしまったのですが、ホテルの方々が各方面に連絡を取ってくださるなど、親身に対応してくださいました。 スマートフォンを失ったのは残念でしたが、本来であれば盗難とは直接関係のないホテルスタッフの皆さまが、心温まるサポートをしてくださったことに感動しました。 本当にありがとうございました。
