I'm Japanese, but I had no communication problems because the staff could speak Japanese. The only downsides were that the shower didn't drain well and I found some hair in the room. Other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated the complimentary water and Coke, as well as the laundry service. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

Tha amazing staff did this experience so good. They did everything so our stay became very nice. The bathrooms should be upgradet, but otherwise it was a nice stay. We loved the sorroundings, and its perfect to discover Ho Chi Minh by foot.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel lobby is very cute and has fun souvenirs for purchase. I especially love that they have free laundry service and will deliver a delicious breakfast (one of the best meals I had during my 3 weeks in SE Asia, honestly) to your room for $150k. I definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Lantern Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated free laundry and iced tea available in the lobby. The hotel is across from a park where locals congregate, especially in the morning for exercise. We found multiple vegetarian restaurants close by and the Ben Thanh Market is within easy walking distance. What made our stay truly memorable was the staff’s thoughtful birthday card to me! Nice hotel, meets expectations. The hotel has the washlet which I used to use when traveled in Japan and I like it very much. We loved the way this hotel takes care us anytime, from welcome to check out. The staffs asked everything about services if they good or not to improve in the future.
