Staff are friendly and helpful, lot of good foods around the area, conveniently for downtown walking. Room is smaller than what you see in picture, but it's clean. Right prices, for what you pay for.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s cozy, charming, and always clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I felt at home. A big thank you to all the staff for their excellent service and attention to guests. I especially want to thank the housekeeper who changed the bed linens and cleaned the room every day. It really made my stay even more comfortable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Good location, walking distance to many major attractions. Noise level in street facing room was surprisingly acceptable even for a light sleeper. Friendly staff. Only comment is that the bathroom tub is not sealed along the walls and the bathroom floor gets wet after each shower.

5 stars to stay here - central to everything

had a great stay at the kin hotel from the moment i checked in until the moment i checked out. the staff were amazing 10/10 and were very helpful to carry my bags up the stairs and to my room. check in was a breeze and we had daily cleaning. the room itself was gorgeous (we had the street view room) and it was very sleek and romantic. loved the london vibes in here the entire time. the location is 10/10. it is 1 block over from all the foods/walking street/ food and spas you could need. the dim sum restaurant down the street was very tasty as well. i went over to the spa next to the hotel for a mani pedi and they were great as well. would gladly book again

The location of the hotel is good, staff is really helpful and friendly. Room isn't sound insulated. You can hear the noise from other rooms and outside. Needed to wear earplugs to fall asleep.

A little gem in Dong Du Street, Q1, HCM

Centrally located in Q1, this hotel was a gem. Elegant, well-appointed, tastefully decorated. Smart check in. No fuss. Great front of house service. Excellent English communication. Will definitely return.

it was just myself and my 12 yrs old daughter. The staff told me that the hotel recently opened for business which was apparent. I really like the design of the hotel and rooms. Reminded me of boutique hotels in Hanoi. The location is awesome. Central district 1. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a smaller hotel but the rooms are good size. The main reason why I did not give the hotel a 5 star is they are still working out the kinks because they are newly opened. For instance, the hand held shower hoe was too short and I needed to crouch to shower. There was one night where the fire alarm had a false alarm. They plan on fixing the shower hoses and the fire alarm, which I'm sure will not happen again. They are very new so I don't really hold it against them much.

【良い点】 ①親切なスタッフとゆったりした部屋で快適でした。部屋も全体的に綺麗に掃除してくれています。 朝食付き、アメニティもある程度(日本のビジネスホテル分は)用意されていて便利です。 ※スキンケア系、寝着はありません。宿泊者ご自身で準備されると良いでしょう。 ②立地についても快適です。安くて郊外のホテルに予約すると毎回観光エリアからタクシー等を呼ばなければならないので、差し引きで考えるとプラスだと思います。近辺の治安も悪くないです。 【課題】 ①夜間、脱衣所に生ごみのような臭いが入ってきます。おそらく換気扇のダクト伝いに外から入ってきたのだと思いますが、原因の特定と改善をお願いします。 ②便器の下から若干水が漏れて床が少し濡れています。修理をお願いします。(部屋404) 総じて満足な水準です。またホーチミンにくるならリピートしようと思います。
