Far enough from the touristy areas. Very bare bones. The staff was lovely. There were ants but that didn't bother me.

Comfortable little hotel.

It is a comfortable little hotel with all the basic necessities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and I will likely stay there again if I visit Ho Chi Minh City another time.
