１区と空港の中間。タンディン教会の近く。小道の中で、騒がしさや環境的な不快感はなく、ホテル内もアメニティ、デスク、シャワー、衛生、スタッフの優しさ、全てが良好。16～19時頃、交通ラッシュで、1区の中心街まで少し渋滞になる可能性があるので、移動時間に余裕を持つと良い。
