My stay here was very average. Although the room and bathroom were very clean, I had a problem with noise. The rooms are advertised as sound proofed and contained blackout curtains which was false. I booked this as I wanted a quiet place I could recover after a health mishap. However, there was no sound proofing at all and I could hear the rooms next door whenever they went to the toilet and their doors closing. The blinds also let way too much light in. When I raised this with expedia who then contacted the hotel they refused to refund any of the money. For the amount I paid for this room I was left quite disappointed.

Overall, this was an average 3-star hotel stay. The location was convenient, and the room was reasonably clean and comfortable for the price. The staff were polite and helpful during check-in and check-out. However, one issue was that guests were smoking in the reception area, which made the lobby unpleasant and gave a poor first impression. The hotel could do a better job enforcing its non-smoking policy and maintaining a more welcoming environment for all guests. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in guest management and common area comfort.
