Ground floor level room they had me stayed were in disgusting state, stained, dusty as has not been cleaned in a long time. Taking shower will wet everything in the bathroom, sink is without space for any personal hygiene items This is the quality of 1 star hotel, no exaggeration

Staying in this place, even for just one night, felt like torture. There were cockroaches, constant noise, and everything looked worn out, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The television didn’t work at all, and the faucet didn’t even have a filter/aerator, so the water was pouring out like a waterfall and splashing everywhere. Honestly, I was shocked. We even slept with the lights on because we were afraid the cockroaches would crawl onto the bed. The only positive thing about this place is the staff. A huge thank you to them — they are kind, polite, and very pleasant people. They honestly deserve a medal for working in such a terrible place. Dear staff members, please don’t be offended by this review. It is about the hotel, not about you. You deserve to work in a much better place.

It said it had airport pickup but they did not answer us, and we had to take a taxi for 150 VND. The room was semi clean. The sheet did not fit the bed. The mattress and pillow had hairs all over. They randomly went and knocked on the doors at one in the morning.

Værelset var meget lille. Vi havde svært ved at kunne have vores bagage derinde (vi havde 4 kufferter). Der var ikke aircondition på badeværelset så det var sindsyg varmt og aircondition i værelset virkede ikke optimalt så det blev ikke køligt.

Værelset var beskidt og der lugtede kraftigt af cigaretrøg. Dette galt begge de værelser vi boede i. Vi havde booket et familieværelse, men måtte betale for et ekstra, da værelset var alt for lille til 2 voksne og vores børn på 10 og 13 år. Den ene seng var kun lidt bredere end en enkeltseng og havde kun en pude. Den anden var en dobbeltseng. Der er ikke plads til mere end 1 kuffert på gulvet og det er svært at gå rundt i det meget lille værelse. Afløb var også stoppet på badeværelset så kun bade på Max 5 min. Kan ikke anbefales.

キングベッド一台とシングルベッド2台のファミリールームを予約したが、案内された部屋はシングルベッドが2台しかない狭い部屋だった。 予約フォームをレセプションに見せると、そんな部屋はこのホテルにはないと言われたが、セミダブル一台の狭い部屋が空いていたので、そちらも使ってよいと言われた。対応してくれたホテルのスタッフはいい方だったが、サイトの信用がかなり下がった。
