Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stay away from this hotel. Dirty entrance, dirty room—everything was dirty. During the two weeks we stayed here, the room was cleaned only twice. We noticed how dirty the room was and decided to buy bug spray, which we sprayed all over the room. We went out for 30 minutes and came back to find a huge centipede-like insect crawling half-dead on the floor. We paid extra for a hotel room with a balcony, but the balcony was so filthy that we didn’t use it even once. The floor in the room was so dirty that if you walked around and then put your foot on the bed, you could see all the grime from the floor. I’m aware that this is a 2-star hotel, but the only thing we expected was a relatively clean room.
