Rooms very small with a weird smell Breakfast wasn’t great, one elevator out of service and there was a construction starting very early everyday Area is super noisy but well located, not our favorite hotel during our trip in a Vietnam

Bedroom booked had dodgy light switches that buzzed and crackled when used. Advertised with Swimming Pool, that wasn't the case though. 1 lift o/o/o during my stay, but it was Lunar New Years day, so I can see why it wasn't fixed! Staff were lovely, spoke better English than I hoped for and did everything to assist if called upon. Food from Breakfast to Evening meals were FANTASTIC and ive eaten in some great restuarants around the globe.

A very nice hotel, practical rooms with excellent and newly renovated bathrooms. Staff was lovely and always happy to help. The neighborhood is great as it is near the main things a tourist would like to visit. Just in front of the hotel during the night things look a bit dodgy, but avoiding the alley across the hotel street and going to the city center you face 0 problems ! Happy I stayed there and it is totally recommended as a hotel.

So noisy I couldn’t sleep at all, constant music or noises from outside making it unbearable to relax. In the morning, someone was cutting tiles or something, which made it super noisy again, horrible experience. Did not enjoy stay at all.

The street where the hotel was located smells like a massive bin, noise of the bars around were constant till early in the morning. The smell if street food was coming to the room. The only good thing was you could walk to main shopping craters and shopping areas so close to everything which you can find other hotels little bit more expensive but in a better location. This was my first and last experience with Expedia

We stayed for 7 nights. Unfortunately, the housekeeper only get to change our bedsheets, pillow cases & duvet on the eve of our check-out day. It would have been great if they do it mid way through our stay. An area that they should consider to improve on.

Check in was quick and easy. Location was great. Room was decent and clean. Buffet selection was ok but the staff was overworked as they seems to be not really that friendly. Food was out around 8.45am and there were no replenishment even buffet close at 9.30am. Guess to minimise wastage. Pillows and bed was a bit hard. Overall, can have a better choice around the hotel.

Right in the heart of nightlife but noisy till 2am

Hotel is nice downstairs and food is okay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Location wise it’s great for city trips and right opposite the night life/restaurant area. We fancied an early night one night (2300) but literally struggled to sleep till 0200 until the noise outside quietened down (traffic noise mainly, mopeds beeping constantly etc). Not the hotels fault at all and they did their best to move us to a quieter room so I take the blame for not researching better. Facilities wise it lacked in February, early season but the pool was empty and the sauna shut.

Worst hotel ever, old and dirty…worst staff!

This is the worst service that in 20+ years traveling I have ever received. I got a confrmatiom with a picture of a room and they gave me a completely different one. When I showed them they said it was not their fault but hotels.com fault. I was coming from a long continental flight and asked the front desk to please fix it. The guy and the girl at front desk just wasted time, did not help and then the guy said to cancel that they would refund me. I booked a different hotel and they denied to have said that although there was a camera. They did not want to show the recording and the manager on the phone hanged up on me! I never got refunded!!! The property is way older than what it looks and staff is the worst I ever experienced…pool was not even accessible! A nightmare and they are very dishonest just to keep some extra money!

不満です。

タイバンルン界隈のホテルはよく泊まりますが、ここは初めてでした。今回1週間滞在しました。 ホテルの造りは2棟を1棟にしたような感じでした。 エレベーターを降りて奥に進んだ部屋の方が古い感じがしました。 各部屋に窓はありますが、建物の真ん中を吹き抜けにして、そこから光を取り入れる形ですが、部屋は全体的に暗いです。 色々トラブルがあり、2回部屋を変えて頂きました。 一部屋目はヤモリがおり、気になったので部屋を変えて頂き、二部屋目は壁、ベッドに蟻が数十匹おり、耐え難いため変えて頂き、三部屋目はトイレのゴミ箱が掃除されていませんでしたが、もはや諦めそのまま過ごしました。 海外の安宿にはそこそこ慣れていますが、この金額では正直不満です。
