All staff was great but 1 stood out during my stay, his name is Nicholas, I met him during a complimentary coffee class the hotel provides. He began great service there. Then later on at the beautiful rooftop bar he made me some excellent drinks, then politely delivered room service in the middle of the night, then greeted me with a smile during breakfast. I rebooked another stay the next weekend because of him. Great hotel and great staff!!! Thank you for the hospitality and service!!

We stayed twice in this hotel. We preferred the room with window as it was larger and less noise from the hallway. Both stays we received a free foot massage, and happy hour cocktail. The pool area was small and in need of some upkeep.

We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy. The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers.
