The hotel was situated in a great location close to the market, restaurants and shops etc. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Shower was excellent and bed comfortable. Breakfast was well laid out and replenished quickly at busy times.

HCM family vacation

Excellent stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, nice, clean, spacious and quiet family room. Staff was helpful arranging trips to Mekong delta and cu chi tunnels. Location was central and good. Perfect for a family of four!

Shower was a squeeze to get into, the door hits the vanity, poor design. Had originally asked for an additional bed (paid extra for this) as we have our son travelling with us however after the 1st night we realised this bed was not required. We asked for the bed to be removed and refund the rest of the amount. The staff then told us that they would charge us an additional person in the room if they took out the extra bed we paid for. We showed them the original booking where it stated 2 adults and one child and no additional fee was payable however kept referring to it as 'hotel policy'. Further attempts to address this matter were ignored by staff. Not happy this was not addressed at all. We enjoyer the daily breakfast provided.

Travelled with 2kids so I wanted to stay somewhere convenient to walk around Ben Thanh and surrounding. The staff is very helpful and friendly always suggesting things for us. The only issues we have is the shower is very slow hard to wash off shampoo. Beside that everything is good, kids love the swimming pool.
