I personally loved this hotel. It’s right next to Bui Vien walking street so could be a little loud but nothing too much. On check in the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was fine, cleaned daily and no issues. The little shop attached to the hotel sells everything you need and cheaper than Circle K. Great food options on doorstep. The top floor pool and bar area was lovely especially at sunset and night.

Too much Old and Dirty hotel, its totally different to what the photos shown on website, photos are 15 years back and should update the conditions. Breakfast included but like a street shop quality.

Great location close to Bui Vien but did not look at all like the photos, not a city view nor the room booked on Expedia, and lacking basic amenities (ie toilet paper, towels) until requested. Otherwise a generally comfortable stay

Nasty old run down dirty hair bed was so hard after 3 nights my back was so bad hard time walking I emailed hotels dot com to ck out two nights early no respond flipped the bloddy matress not much better I wish I stayed another place they need remodeling to bad they don't fix and clean up hallways also nasty great location walking St night life

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. The rooms and the hallways were dirty, with dirty blankets. The laundry service that was mentioned as one of the facilities did not exist. There were no sunbeds by the pool, as promised. And as if this wasn't enough, we found out by a mistake that the key cards we had received for our room worked for all rooms. We started by staying in a room where the door could not be locked from the inside, so we got a new one, but not a new card. The receptionist just crossed out the old number on the card and wrote a new one. The door to the new room could be locked, but even if it was locked it was still possible to enter from the outside. it didn't feel safe to sleep there and I will never go back.

チェックインの際に、予約が取れていないとホテルフロントから言われ、カスタマーサービスに連絡して調整をしてもらった。 その際にホテルフロントから支払いを求められ非常に不愉快でした。 部屋は全日お湯が出なく、同じフロアの部屋を改装中でシンナーの匂いが充満していて、私の部屋の中まで常にシンナー臭く、頭痛がした。 二度と泊まりたく無いホテルだ！

침대 위와 벽에 작은 벌레들 그리고 냄새가 조금 나서 방을 바꿔 달라고했는데 그 방에도 벌레가 조금 있었다. 부이비엔 스트릿에 있기때문에 벤탄시장과 가까운 것은 좋았다. 한 건물에 마사지샾과 식당을 같이 운영하는 듯 했다. 마사지샾의 매우 소녀스러운 소년은 목소리와는 달리 힘이 무척 세었다.

Kjære gjester. Vi bestilte deluxe dobbeltrom, 3 netter. Vi fikk ordinary room. Telefon og kjøleskap ødelagt. Skitten håndklær. Ingen varmtvann. Et stikkontakt. Tv fungerte ikke. Bråk om nettene. Dårlig resepsjonist. Unngå dette, aldri mer.

After a delayed flight and a very late arrival the staff were extremely helpful in getting me checked in and settled. Considering the area the hotel was quiet. Close to plenty of dining and drinking options of which the staff made some great recommendations.

The staff were very helpful especially the reception and bell boy. The room itself was clean enough but the bathroom and shower were not only in a poor state of repair but dirty as well. I would suggest to the owner that their housekeeper needed replacing and the maids be taught how to clean properly. Our shower not only had broken fittings but was also covered in black mould, (hypochlorite would removed it quickly and easily) There was no a working extractor in the bathroom. We were also disappointed with the swimming pool, the water was cloudy and had a discoloured tide mark. The Jacuzzi was broken. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was that it had a swimming pool. Overall the place has been let go and management should take the blame for not maintaining standards. Stay there on our next trip to Vietnam, no way.
