Nice little hotel in district one. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and it was super affordable to people on a budget like myself. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I have stayed at A&EM Petit Hotel 179 Ly Tu Trong st many times- right in the heart of district 1. The staff is wonderful and accommodating- Receptionist Phuong is extremely helpful and friendly- with a very nice breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am the suits everyone’s taste buds- make sure you book your next stay at A&EM Petit Hotel

There are two main receptionists who are very helpful! Room condition is cleaner than other places which in the same rated. The only thing I’m uncomfortable that the food area has flies.

皆さんの書込みと同じで、建物は古く、虫もいたり、トイレも流れにくいという難もありましたが、スタッフの方の対応が優しく、丁寧です。そして朝食がとても美味しいことをお伝えしたい。他で食べた料理より、ホテルの朝食の方がずっと美味しいです。特にフォーは最高です。 Like everyone else's posts, the building is old, there are insects, and the toilets don't flush easily, but the staff are kind and polite. And I would like to tell you that the breakfast is very delicious. The breakfast at the hotel is much better than the food I've had elsewhere. Especially the pho is the best.

Lived there for 4 days, location is good, short walk to shops/markets/restaurants and its not to much noise. But im sorry to say..The hotel itself is very worn down. Had a cockroach in the bath, and tinytiny ants everywhere.The toilet flusher got hanged up almost every time, had to open the lid to fix it temporaly. The shower/bath was broken, and only had lunk/cold water. There were lots of staines and holes/broken furniture and didnt feel so clean i all. There were some black mold and moist damage.
