The location was beautiful but in early September there was no one about and very few places to eat or drink in Hjo The hotel was popular but only with older retired people. It felt like the hotel and town was about to close for the winter

Varmt och renoveringsbehov

Fruktansvärt varmt inne på rummet, ingen ac. Fint rum, men låg standard på bl.a badrum som hade stort renoveringsbehov. Insyn från promenerande rakt in på sängen. Annars trevligt hotell, toppenläge, nära fin pool och strand.

Allt var bra minus avsaknad av AC

Allt var jättebra förutom att det inte fanns luftkonditionering. När vi var där så var det väldigt varmt ute vilket gjorde att man inte heller kunde vädra ut den varma luften. Det var svårt att sova på natten pga värmen. Stort plus för den trevliga uteserveringen man kunde äta den goda frukosten på.

Hjo

Bra hotell med väldigt fint läge, härlig uteplats. Helt okej frukost. Dock väldigt dåligt redo för dessa varma dagar. Väldigt varmt på rummen och i hela hotelket. Vissa av personalen väldigt trevliga, några andra borde gå i "skola" hos dem. Men totalt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Allt blev fel

Varmt rum och väldigt dålig cirkulation så badrummet va konstant vått efter man duschat. Frukost med servering som tog på tok för lång tid så vi gick därifrån efter en timme och då hade personalen inte hunnit servera min yoghurt än. Vi hade av misstag bokat ett rum som inte va husdjursvänligt men receptionisten kunde byta rum åt oss på kort varsel till ett mycket sämre rum men där vi kunde ha hunden. Vi tyckte detta snällt så vi sa inget om att det rummet vi bokat va av mycket bättre standard och de vi fått va väldigt stor nedgradering. Men droppen tyckte vi va vid utcheckning då en annan mycket otrevligare receptionist krävde oss på ytterligare 250kr för vi hade hunden med oss. Vi hade inte fått någon information alls om den kostanden vid incheckningen.
