This is basically “What you paid is what you get”. Hotel location is good, room is clean, staff are nice. It is old building, old furniture and bath room, heating system worked ok, but very old system. Old carpet. Typical Japanese business hotel size which is tiny. Free small breakfast (very basic) was a nice touch. Everyone there was sincere and I needed to stay one night in budget hotel by myself.

If you get Express bus from Hakata station to Hita station (Hits ekimae building) Its just 30 second to get the hotel . We (mother and daughter) stayed one night before visiting relatives and it was very convenient. I highly recommend non smoking floor as I made mistake and accidentally I stayed very smorky floor . The twin room was spacious with such reasonable price and very convenient to get train or Express bus . It is typical business hotel and if you are couple , I think its not really suitable if you are looking for special occasion or something romantic . Its definitely suitable solo travelers and also business / budget travelers. The staff are very nice and helpful.

毎回宿泊するたびにアメニティが足りない。前回、今回もタオルはあるが浴衣がなく2日間同じ浴衣でとか良くある。フロントに言うのもいちいち面倒なので言わないが。宿泊料も安いから仕方ないのかもしれないがもう少しチェックして欲しい。

日田駅に近く夕食用の飲食店も多い、お目当の郷土料理店はコロナで閉まってましたが、スーパーが近く緊急事態にも対応可能でした。無料の朝食も美味しく、無料の駐車場とコスパも最高と思います。

家族で3人一部屋ならコスパばっちり

日田の駅から徒歩でいけて　3人家族が一部屋で泊まれる部屋があるホテルを探していました。ここが最安値で他は倍近くの価格でした。古い建物をそこそこ、手入れをしているのでいろいろ設備面でひと昔前の水準で気になることがありましたが、値段と荷物をほどいても歩きまわれる部屋の広さがありがたく、機会があればまた利用したいです。（スーパーホテルのツイン3人利用は、荷物を置くと足の踏み場がなかった。。。。）

Decently Priced Hotel in the Center of Town

This hotel was pretty nice for what I needed. It was close to the bus station and is in the center of town. It was a short walk to my friend's place that lives nearby.
