Vacations Close To Historic Biltmore Village

For the price, I thought it was wonderful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Loved that I had the option to make my own coffee or go to the lobby and get theirs. Will definitely stay there again!

Prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Love the woodsy decor. Spa was awesome too!

We stayed in the carriage house and it was my mom’s favorite part of our trip to Ashville! We had the whole house to ourselves as no other visitors had booked during this one night stay. Breakfast in the dining room was fantastic. Just what you needed. Hard boiled eggs, bagels @ cream cheese, juice, homemade granola, yogurt, coffee! All delicious. So fun to read all of the history of the Cedar Crest. We came from Northern California and knew very little about this area. This was our first night of our stay in Ashville and couldn’t have imagined a better stay.

A number of things are not transparent. 1) yes pets allowed but they cannot stay in trailer unaccompanied. 2) riverview trailers are on the side of the foot path that abuts a retaining wall for a road. The window view from the bedroom is a retaining wall. To see the river, you are looking across the walking path and through the sitting area of those who have the “vista” view. Pay the extra $ for the river experience and less traffic noise. 3) address is incorrect. It is 125 Amberglow . We never saw the Autocamp sign from the direction we drive in from. 4) maybe this is obvious to others, but we did not realize we would be parking quite a distance from our trailer. There are little carts to haul your things, but it is quite a distance. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more helpful in making our stay what we desired.

Wonderful hotel, within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in Asheville — we would definitely stay again!

one of our 2 rooms for 2 women getting dressed for a seminar each morning had no mirror behind sink. Had to walk on plywood planks to get to front door. Terrible construction noise during day when we came back for a rest. Front desk could not process payments as had been promised when booking, Turned in all negatives, response was we hope you will come again.....Never......
