Das Haus sieht schön aus und ist gut ausgestattet, leider roch es etwas miefig bzw. "alt" für uns. Am Haus und um das Haus herum, auch auf den Gartenmöbeln und dem Schlüsselkasten und dem Stromzähler, an der Eigangstür, etc waren überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Auch im Haus waren Spinnen. Wir mussten erst saugen gleich nach dem Einzug. Das Haus hätte sauberer sein können. Die Gebühr, um das Haus am Ende säubern zu lassen kostet ca. 150 Euro. Das ist einfach zu viel, vor allem, wenn das Haus beim Einzug nicht ganz sauber war.
