“Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen NICHT! Erwarten manche Leute von einem einfachen Hotel ohne Sterne vielleicht ein 5*-Hotel. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir durften am Folgetag sogar das Auto noch eine Weile nach dem Auschecken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels lassen, damit wir uns die Stadt bzw. die Fußgängerzone, in der sich das Hotel befindet, anschauen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen...

“Sehr gute Unterkunft, mit sehr freundlichem, kompetenten Personal. Das Zimmer stand bereits eine Stunde vor CheckIn zur Verfügung. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und sehr bequemen Betten. Das Bad mit Badewanne war für uns kein Problem, für ältere Menschen eventuell problematisch. Ein Safe wäre wünschenswert. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der Riesenhügel mit Braustube und Cocktailbar....

“Internet was very slow. Staff, not great. Nobody works during the night. Freezing cold rooms and when trying to put the heaters on, they don't work. You have to sleep with scarves and jackets on. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom has a window towards the living room, with the blinds on the living room side of the glass. Personnel always makes sure that you know when they are closing or leaving. Pillows are terrible also, and bedding had a humid feel.”
