Great proximity to.train station. Breakfast incl in price. Had all a traveller needs washing machine and dryer, microwave on 2nd floor and even an ice machine

Very handy for the main station. Next to the baseball stadium so if that is you’re reason to visit it’s definitely handy! Only thing to consider is beds are very hard. Otherwise fine!

チェックアウトのときにエレベーターを待っていたら、清掃スタッフがすごく丁寧に対応して下さいました。 朝食会場から新幹線が見えるのですが、丁度キティ新幹線が通り、調理の人が今キティ新幹線が見えますよーとアナウンスされていて、ホスピタリティの素晴らしさを感じました。 広島は出張でよく行きますのでまた利用させてもらいます。

他のホテルに比べて、スタッフの方の案内が丁寧な印象があります。宿泊した日は2階で、その日は満室だったため、エレベーターが混み合っていました。そのため、2階からは朝食会場への1階に行くのに非常階段が解放されており、その配慮も素晴らしいと思いましたし、私は部屋に戻る際に利用したのですが、スタッフの方の場所の案内も付き添ってくれるなど（屋外からだったため）安心して利用できました。そして、お部屋のお掃除も綺麗で行き届いていました！

Nous avons réservé l’hôtel pour une nuit seulement mais nous avons été très bien reçu, le personnel est au petit soin et la chambre était très bien ! Petit déjeuné gratuit inclu également le matin. La gare est accessible à pied en 15min environ et la station de tram en 12 min environ.
