Well located hotel without being noisy at night. The breakfast buffet was fine but could not be described as sumptuous. The drink and snack are was appreciated. The rooms are well appointed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The lift was a bit slow but we made sure we left our room early to compensate.

The unlimited snacks were cool but we did not know about them until our last day. Nice clean property and the staff was very helpful. The gym was too small. The cafe is very nice, we liked the book selection and if a nice place to hang out with a cup of coffee.

Location was perfect. The snack bar was such a cute touch. Loved the laundry in the suite. The rooms are very nice. I just find it weird that you have to walk to other side of the room to wash your hands. But would not deter my stay at all.

A fairly new modern hotel, conveniently located between the station and the Peace Park so both are reachable by foot or quick local tram. The room (delux twin) was comfortable and extremely well appointed with useful equipment such as microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine & dryer. The hotel makes a shared lounge available with generous free drinks and snacks to help yourself (small supplement for beer). There were a few minor negatives though: the room was quite noisy at night from the road outside, the layout of the room was a bit strange with toilet at opposite end of room to washroom and, while the major parts of the room were very clean, there were a few quite dusty things around. Breakfast mainly consists of brought in bakery products so although it was good quality it lacked variety. Overall, a good place to stay in my opinion

Lovely hotel and staff. Free snacks and soft drinks in the lobby was great as was the washing machine in our room. Close to station (5min taxi or 20min walk) and loads of shops and restaurants steps away. Staff were so helpful. Gym was a bit disappointing - a treadmill and a bike. That was it. But otherwise a fab stay.

Great location in the center of the city. Easy to get to the street car and walkable to all the tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Staff were extremely friendly. Great touch to have complimentary snacks and beverages in the lobby. This hotel has everything you need for a 2-5 night stay. Highly recommend

A good stay in Hiroshima at the Mercure - centrally located and about a 20min walk from the train station or take a short tram ride from the station. One thing that drew us to this hotel was the washer/dryer combo in the room. They also provide detergent. We were able to get three loads of laundry done BUT it takes approx 3.5hrs for each load (washing and drying) so plan accordingly. The hotel is immaculate and staff are very polite. They have an area for snacks and drinks in the lobby that was great to come back to after a long day out exploring. They have dispensing machines for several different snacks, savory, sweet, salty etc and have soda, water and coffee available to guests. They have beer for purchase in this area that costs Y440 for an hour of drinking - not bad. The hotel’s location is centrally located And easy to get around via walking or the extensive bus service. We walked to the Peace Memorial, Atomic Dome and several other places. We took the bus to Miyajoma Island and took the ropeway - it was well worth it for the views and experience. Overall, this was a great stay and we recommend this hotel for your stay i.

Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed.

The gym was a bit of a letdown, it’s just a running machine and bike. I understand it’s a brand new hotel and it’s small, but it would have been good to see.. a dumblebell/ free weights available with a bench & mat. So there are no options that pure cardio. The washing machine in the room was amazing and the room has a lot of stuff in it but it is a tiny bit tight for space. Overall a fair price for what you get & room was cleaned well

Great hotel. Great location. It was very walkable to shopping and the Peace Memorial. They provided little nuts and snacks. The breakfast was good not great. The staff were ok not great. We stayed a night, checked out. and had staff hold our bags while we toured. When we came back to collect our bags so we could catch the train to the next town. We were not treated like we had not been paying guests who were completing their stay. In fact, a comment was made “oh that’s for paying guests”. Not good. I would think twice about staying here again.
