Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

スイートに宿泊したので、冷蔵庫に無料のドリンクがあり、岩盤浴が無料で利用出来たり、　部屋のスペース、バルコニーも広く、露天風呂がとても気に入りました。 また、シャワーヘッド、シャンプー、ドライヤー、ヘヤーアイロンも全てリファのメーカーで揃っていたので、女性には好感度が高いと思います。 孫二人もプールが利用できので、夏休み最後の思い出に大喜びでした。 バイキングも美味しかったです。とくに、 朝のあさり汁のあさりは最高でした。 今回は5人で利用しましたが、また、絶対に来たい！と皆が言っていました。

子供はプールで遊んだり、漫画を読んだり、温泉に行ったり、とっても充実して過ごせました。ご飯も美味しくいただきました。 ただ、スタッフの方、お忙しいと思いますが、イライラした気持ちをぶつけられて嫌な気持ちになりました。お風呂のカビも、あることに気づいたら綺麗にメンテナンスされるといいかと思います。客室は広場していて、とっても楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

受付、清掃、食事スタッフの方みなさん笑顔で気持ち良く過ごせました。 また、朝晩お食事もブッフェタイプでしたが、種類もあり、テザートまでもたくさん美味しくいただきました。 客室の温泉ものんびり楽しめました。脱衣場が丸見えなのと、客室の窓周辺のブラインドなどのホコリが少し残念でした。

チェックインが遅くなってしまったのですが、受付の方が気持ちよく迎えてくださり、夕食やサービスの説明を丁寧にしてくださり、最初から印象がよかったです。 今回泊まったオーシャンスイートは、広くて景色も良く、洗面所に並んであるリファのドライヤーやアイロンやシャンプー、それから内風呂や大きいTVに子供達のテンションがあがりました。 食事も美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思います

8/7に3人で予約して、1人は布団が用意されてました。敷布団が薄く柔らかいため床の硬さを感じて寝たため寝起きは辛かったです。 布団はしっかりとしたものを提供した方が良いです 9Fのお風呂は良かったが、夕食のバイキングは雑多な刺身が並べられ、見た目は良くなかったです。 結構なお金を払ってるのに残念な宿泊となりました。

オーシャンスイートに家族で宿泊しました！ 広々としたお部屋でゆったり過ごせました！ 年頃の娘にはリファのアメニティやヘアアイロンなどは大変役立っていました。 部屋の檜風呂も広くて贅沢でした！ 冷蔵庫内や冷酒などのサービスに加え、大人は岩盤浴1時間無料のサービスもあり、満喫できました。 外観は、ビジネスホテルっぽいですが、ホテル内を歩く距離が少なく移動でき、それはそれで良かった点かもしれません。

良い点 ・スタッフの対応が丁寧。 ・プールがある。そんなに広くはないが食後などに気軽に遊べる。 ・部屋はスイートルームでなくても結構広く、ベッドやソファ、椅子でテレビを見たり、寝転んだりと大勢でも快適に過ごせる。 ・ビュッフェは朝も夜もメニュー豊富で美味しい。 気になる点 ・どの部屋もトイレが狭過ぎる。 ・ティーバッグのお茶が美味しくない。
