The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel overall was good, however our room was thick with dust, there were hairs in the bath and stale peanuts on shelves. The corridors also looked like they could do with a good hoover.

Great location in Hiroshima especially if you want to shop. The staff were lovely and very helpful with holding our bags on check out day until we had to leave for our train. A bit of a walk to the train station but doable if you don't have large luggage. Taxi was about 2000 Yen. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
