Very nice hotel next to the station with understanding staff. You also have free meal (supper or breakfast). Hotel has seen years and it shows at some places, but nothing worrying or disturbing. I would book there again.

Really good Japanese style hotel. Stays come with breakfast and dinner. They also have a public bath and sauna which i didnt have time to use. Amenities are basic.

No check in until after 4 pm ! The rooms are tiny ( I know Japanese hotel rooms can be small but these were tiny even my Japanese travelers mentioned it ) bathroom even smaller - 300+ rooms only two elevators long waits - breakfast was good

The hot spring bath was very nice. It was interesting that women needed to get the key for the bath from the front desk, but men can just use the room key. For me, the bed was a little stiff, but my partner enjoyed it. The hotel is convenient that it is very close to the station.

Good location for Shinkansen

Good location, 10 minute walk from the station so ideal for getting around the city. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I inadvertently booked a smoking room and it couldn’t be changed so just be aware. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the luggage storage was full so just had to leave cases in the lobby (but all was ok)

畳部屋にベッドが置いてある部屋。畳の汚れが気になる。テーブル上のメモに髪の毛。 朝食会場が狭い。 立つ時に後方の席の方とぶつかる。通路で行き交う時にぶつかる。 実際に、食事をテーブルに持っていく方と席を立つ人が接触し、みそ汁をこぼしていた。 各階のエレベーター前は1階？まで吹き抜けで、子供と来ると怖い。

今回4回目の利用エレベーターすぐの部屋は何かしらの音がうるさく前回眠れず、今回は静かな部屋にしてくれたので快眠でした。スタッフの方がとても親切なのに数人だけ無愛想な人がいる今回はいなかった、女性スタッフさんが凄くいいです。部屋によって冷蔵庫大小有り今回はとても不便でした。コスパが良いので広島はここしか考えてません。また来月行きます楽しみです
