An exceptional property in a beautiful position. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities met all our needs. Our family room was outstanding. We had the most beautiful view from our spacious room. Our beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go.

Well located for Peace Park. Clean efficient hotel. Very small rooms with barely enough space to open a suitcase. Didn't explore food options but restaurant closed when there. All in all good base for a couple of days and reasonable value for money.

Hotel definitely has seen some better days. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but the room size is more than enough. The location of the hotel is the best part of our stay (that is if you want to be closer to the museum and the peace memorial) especially that we have an older adult travelling. Convenience stores and transpo are within short walking distance.

The property was located in a good location with a nice view of the river however, it was a bit dated. Kind of gloomy. I would say it’s more of a 2.5 stars place. Also, the bathroom had a step/higher ledge that could be a little dangerous if not paying attention.

The hotel is perfectly located in Hiroshima, close to the Peace Museum, great restaurants and shopping centers. I would highly recommend this hotel for any family with young kids -- the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and accessibility to laundry machines (such a game changer when visiting Japan in July). Although the room is a bit small, but it was very cozy and met all the requirements needed.

Old and tired rooms. Mold / mildew smell in the bathroom. We asked for 2 extra pillows each as the provided ones were very small. Like cushions. They didn't like that at all. Got 1. Restaurant was very nice on the top floor. Good selection for the included breakfast. Hotel was in a great location. Cleaning staff was pleasant.

A very nice hotel, with smaller type rooms, but very comfortable, even with three beds in our room. We had a beautiful view of the river and the Dome and Peace Park. Great location, easy access by tram or bus and plenty of taxis available easy to access from Hiroshima station. Activities were close nearby walking to shopping street undercover, as well as the must do Hiroshima museum and Peace Park. Also convenient was the ferry to Majima Island to see those legendary UNESCO Gates, so overall great location with some great eats and a small bar which I recommended also both fantastic. Very close to the hotel.
