The hotel has a super nice view, the breakfast is good but the room we stayed in ( 9th floor) was really old and the facilities like chairs and tables in the restaurant were old and used too. They charge you extra for the onsen and the pool (2000/3000 yen) and the pool is not open any more at the beginning of September.

無料シャトルパスがあるので駅からや観光地、隣接した船着場から宮島までかなり楽に移動できて良いと思いました！ただ浴室天井付近の拭いたら取れるような茶色い汚れなどところどころ目についてその点はマイナスかな。素泊まりだったので食事はいただいたませんが、また広島に行く際には泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした。

チェックインからアウトまで、全てのスタッフの方々のご対応が配慮に溢れながらも自然でとても癒されました。 美しい瀬戸内海が望め、清潔で静か、温泉も充実していて、久々の広島を夫婦とも堪能しました。 3連休だった為、朝食ブュッフェは混雑していましたが、内容はホント充実していて美味しかったです。 市の中心部からは少し時間が掛かりますが、その分落ち着いたリゾート気分が味わえます。 今回クラブフロアに宿泊しましたが、こちらのスタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしくて、また帰省した折にはリピートしたいなと感じました。 本当にありがとうございました。

ロケーション、施設とも素晴らしかった。 サステナブルの取組みについては連泊する際のタオル等を日数分用意していただければ部屋の清掃やベッドメイクは不要だと感じた。
