Walk up was 5 flights up, outside and in the snow one day: cold and slippery! Shared lounge was nice with seating and mini kitchen. Room was poorly laid out, furnishings didn’t fit well, needs redesigned. Property was 15 minute walk from nearest train station.

口コミを見て予約してたのである程度不便さは覚悟してましたが、チェックイン時まず施設に入るオートロックが分かりづらく焦りましたが、時間はかかりましたが無事泊まる事が出来ました。 今回は寝るだけの宿だったからあまり気にならなかったですが、壁が薄いのかこちらが無音の際は隣の話し声が聞こえてくる感じでビックリしました。 GW時だから、まぁこの金額で泊まれたから良しとします。

事前にレビューを見たみたら賛否両論ありましたが、実際泊まってみた感じはそう悪いところではなかったです。あくまで観光が目的で、寝泊まりできれば良かったのですが、部屋の中は綺麗で清潔感ありましたし、くつろぎやすかったです。気になった点は２つで、ベッドがギシギシうるさいのと、ユニットのバスが狭すぎたことです。お風呂は近くに入浴施設があればいいのでしょうが、探せませんでした。ベッドの軋みだけは何とかしてもらえたら良いと思います。

問題なく宿泊できました、ありがとうございました。参考に、気付いた点書かせていただきます。 ・受付後に、部屋に上がるにはどこに行けば良いかわからずもたついていたら外国人の職員の方が教えてくださいました。ありがとうございました。 ・エントランスのあちこちに掲示があり、必要な情報(ラウンジに行くにはどうしたらよいのか、など)が分かりづらかったです。 ・ラウンジで調理器具、食器などひと通り揃っているのは助かりました。ただ、ラウンジのトースターが壊れていて使えず残念でした。 ・朝チェクアウト時に、青いパンツ(下着)と白シャツ１枚の男性に建物内(階段)で出くわしビックリしました。下から上がってきたようでしたが、なぜ？となり、防犯面が不安になりました。 以上です。 お世話になりました。

カーテンがない。

狭めの単身者用アパートですね。広島市の地理をよく知らなかった私のせいですが、駅から遠いです。しかも最寄駅は広島駅ではなく横川駅です。人によっては横川駅からさらにバスに乗るかも。狭いですが清潔です。ウォシュレットなしの3点ユニットは古さを感じます。エレベーターがないのは事前に知ってたので問題ないのですが、私の泊まった部屋の窓は遮光性ゼロの障子のような和風の戸がついていて、カーテンも雨戸もないので、夜明けと共に明るくなって目が覚めてしまいました。疲れていて、遅くまで寝たかったので残念でした。 あと、隣や下の人の物音が結構響きます。

エレベーターが有れば尚良かったです

宿泊に対しては問題はなかったのですが、予約を５階の部屋にしたのですが、エレベーターがなかったため、外階段で５階まで往復する羽目になりました。 そこが残念でしたが、それ以外は部屋も綺麗にしてあり清潔感があったのでとても良かったです

横川駅徒歩10分。コンビニおよび最寄りのバス停まで徒歩2分の5階建て(エレベータなし)マンションの一

横川駅から徒歩10分。コンビニまで徒歩2分。最寄りバス停まで徒歩2分の快適さ。5階建てマンションの1室だが、5階建てでもエレベーターがないことに注意。また部屋着もない。タオルはバスタオルとふぇぃすタオルの両方があり、コンディショナーも完備。冷暖房およびWiFiも完備。おしむらくはシャワーの水圧が低いこと。あと今回予約した501号室の給湯器が故障しちたこと。ただし、連絡後すみやかに確認をしていただき、503号室に変更していただけたことは評価に値する。
