Staff was incredible. They accommodated my mom's gluten free needs even though we did not provide that info before we arrived. They worked very hard to modify each dish and was about to give my mom the experience of wonderful traditional Japanese food without the gluten. They were so friendly and helpful. This is a nice smaller town with lovely canals and I would stay at this hotel again.

I made a mistake with my booking and the hotel manage to rectify everything for me. Was well looked after. Thank you Apa in Hiroshima. They pulled out all the stops. We also had great room views of the river.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition, and being so close to the main station was really convenient. The room was VERY small, even compared to other Japanese hotels, but it was good value for money.

Property is in a superb position close to metro station and so easy to navigate to any part of Tokyo from this station. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, well kept and provides an excellent service. Room size a bit on the small side but not a complaint. Would definitely recommend.

We were able to check our bags early as we had gotten to the hotel before checkin. When we went to check in they had us check in through a computer system. There was someone there walking you through how to do it (so I dont see why they couldnt just check us in themselves). We got to the room and it was a decent size. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice over night stay.

大浴場、朝食(スムージーとカレー、レーズンパン、レモン鍋がお気に入り)は申し分ありません。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。 お部屋の広さが11m2で狭いのではないかと不安でしたが、家具の配置が良いためか、不便はありませんでした。 トイレの水がチョロチョロ流れていたのがマイナスでした。

Didn’t like the self check in process. Too much work for customer while hotel staff is watching. Why not just get it done by the staff which would be much faster and provide an opportunity to have in person contact.
