We went here for our honeymoon. We arrived at midnight after everything and we went to our room to find out there was no running water. We weren’t able to move to another room so we decided to leave and get a refund. They were only willing to waive the resort fee but it wasn’t worth it for us. The lady at front desk was nice and the valet parking gentlemen were nice. We most likely will not return.

We loved staying at the Eden Roc! The room and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! My only complaint is that the refrigerator was full of drinks you could purchase, but I rather have an empty refrigerator so I could store left overs or my own drinks. Also I wish we had a microwave. I rate this a 9/10. Special shout out to Joel with the conseirge desk! He was so amazing and super helpful! We would love to come back and stay!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Gorgeous new property. Pristine in terms of cleanliness and new decor. Easy beach access and lounge accommodations. Food and beverages very expensive.

Everything was so expensive. For what we paid I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room.
