The morning breakfast was good, coffee “all day long” for busy customers a must! :) The staff very respectful & helpful. General manager (Jeremiah Mack) is the most kindest person to speak with & loves his job in keeping come-back customers to this facility! Thank you guys! ;)

I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday morning and the whole time I received no service of cleaning. The cleaning cart was left at the elevator when I came back in Sunday night around 9pm. And I feel that I deserve more than just 10,000 points. I should get more than that. That was unacceptable.

Ac was crazy noisy and the room wasn’t ready at 4. Once I did get it I realized they hadn’t restocked ever including the shower gel. Even though it seems pretty new, everything seems kind of rundown and dirty. Would t stay here again.

It was an anniversary trip Hinesville was the first place that we lived as a married couple and thanks too the friendly staff the clean, comfortable rooms. It was worth the trip. And as I told the front desk clerk that we were celebrating 34 years of marriage, she was so friendly and positive in congratulating us.
