They were quick at check in, Very polite, We had a little oops on our reservation on our end and they glady fixed it for us quickly! The only downfall is they don't have shuttles running during the week so we had to walk to the hotel from the chalets which isn't to far normally but in the winter when it's freezing outside it sucks, Also the pool is awesome at the main hotel and open to adults till 1am but Absolutely no beers or alcohol allowed at all which takes away the fun of being there until 1am. All in all great place to stay.

Convenient for traveling with a pet

Their chalets allow dogs, so we have stayed a couple of times when traveling with our dog to see family in northern MN. They are dated but clean enough to spend one night. The shuttle to the casino is convenient. We booked online through hotels.com which really created confusion at check in. Apparently they are not used to people booking indirectly through the app, so it took 3 employees and a great deal of time to check in both times. In an area with limited options, especially when traveling with a pet, this is a good option. I’m sure the main hotel at the casino is much better, but it is not pet-friendly.

Not clean when entering the room.

Got to the lodge at 4pm and it was closed. Then had to load back up and head to their msin hotel ~5 min down the road. Got checked in and returned to the cabin. On enter the main leaving was not clean and there was pet urine under the internal doormat and the blinds we damaged fro. Someone else pet. The cabin had not pots or pan or cooking utensils as well as no cleaning supplies. Bedding, Bathroom and bedroom were clean and bed was made.

Great place to stay!

We had a nice, mostly private place to stay in one of the Chalets. It was very nice to have the kitchenette in case we needed to cook. Next time I might bring pans and dishes to do that! The one thing that caused a lower rating of cleanliness is the bird mess in the doorway and the windows. We had to step over a lot of bird doo doo so as tonot drag it inside and the windows were very dirty where the bird had crashed into its own reflection. They do this at our home too so I recognized the markings and its a constant thing to keep cleaning it up. Overall, it was near perfect! We stayed there due to the proximity of where our son is at so we could visit him. We appreciate the RV resort and will stay again! Thank you!!!
