“V clean and central. Good communication with the owner”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. ”

“Booked this apartment many times and there have never been any issues”

The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

“Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .”
