The sea water and location are perfect Hotel needs some real money spent on it $1m will do it . Needs a massive spruce up Breakfast is served to u not a buffet but adequate and Delicious Coffee great staff helpful and obliging. Walk to the village disgusting but worth doing Food in the village outstanding Overall quiet peace and relaxing but amenities need upgrade

The worst stay of my entire life! We arrived to be told that check in was no longer 3PM but 4.30PM (in the end it was more like 6PM!). Other disgruntled customers were sat around demanding refunds or cancelling. Then they told us that our room with a private pool wouldn’t actually have a pool as the pool is broken. Therefore, the pool was just empty with no water in it. Also, it’s not adults only! There’s children everywhere! It’s noisy, dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet in our room didn’t work and the front door kept jamming. I repeatedly asked to speak with the manager who hid away the entire time. They were happy to let the two young members of staff take any abuse from customers. I was promised a refund for my room by two young members of staff but when Expedia have contacted the manager they haven’t had a reply. I hope they have more luck than I did during my stay. Avoid at all costs! I feel totally scammed by this hotel. I actually ended up in tears!
