Friendly staff but very hot

The hotel is lovely, breakfast was good. There was no air conditioner and fan would only run on 1 setting, the other family staying there had the same problem and it was a very hot evening so we really battled to sleep. Staff were friendly.

Great location

Great location very comfortable and good food in restaurant only complaint was reception not very knowledgeable but they did try to help with questions but always had to get their supervisor. Also were unable to provide me with a plaster. Waited 40 mins for iron.

Nice but pay up front!

Great service and comfort. However, rather disappointed at their opaque pricing. I booked 2 short stays, the first I paid up-front, the 2nd opted to pay on arrival. Even though I paid at the end of my first stay the daily rate for my 2nd stay was almost double the 1st!! They sited their 'flexible pricing' based on occupancy. To prevent any nasty surprises, make sure to pay at the time of booking!!

A comfortable stay but spoilt to a degree by a "'thudding" noise in the ceiling area that started during the night. this kept us awake and it was too late to request another room. we were in room 414.
