This is my second time here, and I really enjoyed it. The room is clean and has everything you need for your stay. There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises, and it's a 9-minute drive to the beach. I'll come back here again

Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.

It was nice that we could get into the room a little earlier! The room was clean, but the floors in the room were wet and everything was moist, but seem to get better the day after! The pool was very nice and stores were close by! for a room that was supposed to host six people they could’ve had bigger garbage cans! But overall a nice stay for the price!

The inside of the hotel is remodeled and looks really good when you make it into the room . Walking up to the room is not so nice . The outside of the hotel is pretty bad with ceiling tiles missing and water leaking from AC units and the stairways are really dirty looking. I wish they would have shown pictures of what you are walking into no just the pictures of the remodeled rooms. Location is really good though.

It's a great location and price is reasonable. The property is currently being renovated under new ownership after years of neglect apparently. It's quiet (on a Thursday night) and comfortable with a little harbor within walking distance with shops, restaurants, etc. I'd do it again.

We were there for one night. The room was very clean. Although the hotel uses contactless check in, our check in and code came about an hour early. They also provide information about the area restaurants and things to do. Our schedule did not afford us pool time, but pool looked very inviting.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had nice new floors and new furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The Roku TV worked well. The bathroom and sink area were clean and very nice. I was pleased that the shower had plenty of hot water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Carolina! I will stay there again the next time I visit Hilton head.

The staff was amazing it is no contact so we only saw one lady who was incredibly helpful! The bathroom door didn’t shut or lock in our room and the bathtub was clogged so the water wouldn’t drain very fast. They had towels and 2 little soap bars in the room but that’s it. Honestly though would stay here again the room isn’t that spacious but wasn’t terrible either!

This is a redone Days Inn. You can't ignore that, but they've dive a good job with it. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was very clean, recently renovated. There was no carpet. There was no room servicing, but I like it that way. The suite was very spacious. This is a good value for someone looking for value. Check-in was via text, with a code sent for your room, which worked fine. I could not stay here with my wife for various reasons - some noise from above tenants, light coming through the not-blackout shades (and lights on outside all night), the inability to control the bedroom A/C (the other unit was fine, but the bedroom one seemed unresponsive). If you're looking for value and don't need fancy, it's a good place to stay. Convenient location, easy parking and access, very responsive staff via text and email. Everything you need for a good basic stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel Carolina. The room was recently renovated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into updating the property. The mid-island location is excellent—very convenient for getting around Hilton Head and close to everything you need. I did have to ask the front desk for a few extra towels, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to assist. Overall, the service was great. The contactless check-in and check-out process was also super easy and convenient, which made the whole stay very smooth. Overall, the room was nice, the location was great, and it felt like an excellent value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A++ 👍

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was renovated and they were renovating lobby during our stay. They have good coffee in the lobby. The location is good. There is a mini golf next to the hotel and Shelter Cove Town Center and Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina are about a mile away.
