This was my first time staying at this property. The room was clean, the overall building was well maintained and checking in was very easy. We only stayed for the a weekend but it checked all the boxes with convenience to the beach and local food.

Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.

It was nice that we could get into the room a little earlier! The room was clean, but the floors in the room were wet and everything was moist, but seem to get better the day after! The pool was very nice and stores were close by! for a room that was supposed to host six people they could’ve had bigger garbage cans! But overall a nice stay for the price!

Staff were very prompt and courteous. 2 rooms we saw had an overwhelming smell of mildew. The first had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling, and it was just terrible. The second had a construction dumpster outside of the door with a car of tweakers doing tweaker things in it. It also had a 4" holesaw cut out in the drywall on the wall to the connecting room? Not sure what was going on there. Luckily, it wasn't completely through yet; maybe that was an upgrade you could ask for later.

We absolutely loved our trip to Hilton Head! The pool was one of the better ones that I have been to especially in this price range. I got a two bed suite and it was perfect for my wife; I; and my best friend to all be able to have enough space to be comfortable. Great location as well and would highly recommended! Only thing that is kinda strange is that they require a $150 accident damage fee deposit and it is after you book the room. Totally unexpected when they called and honestly thought it was a scam till we arrived at the hotel. They need to just do it to the card on file if there is a problem after the fact not before hand. Also it being contact-less was extremely strange and little confusing to begin with. But great hotel and we plan on staying here on our next trip there! 5/5 stars

The inside of the hotel is remodeled and looks really good when you make it into the room . Walking up to the room is not so nice . The outside of the hotel is pretty bad with ceiling tiles missing and water leaking from AC units and the stairways are really dirty looking. I wish they would have shown pictures of what you are walking into no just the pictures of the remodeled rooms. Location is really good though.
