The condo was small, but tidy. Parking was an issue and they charged $25 a car to park. Third floor with no elevator was not ideal. Could use some better kitchen supplies and pots and pans. The oven needed cleaning, but the beds were comfortable and there were beach chairs, etc.

The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from evolve.
