The guest services were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Although we stayed on 1st floor with no beach view, our room was just right down the hall and just a few steps out and we were on the beach. The rooms were nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 4 of us . The pool and the tiki hut were very nice and clean as well. We really enjoyed the live music everyday. Everything we needed was on the property and Coligny park shops were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again !!!!!!

Everything was wonderful. The sunrise on the beach was spacracular. The pool was refreshing. The staff by the pool were very accommodating as well. The entire time there was very pleasant.

The Beach House has a great location. Close to everything. The room was nicely decorate and the pool area was beautiful. . It is an older building and with that comes poor water pressure in the shower and not much in the way of noise reduction. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and dogs barking.

family vacation! we booked last minute after coming in 2025 so we got a queen double one night and junior suite the last few nights. Staff was soooo nice and helpful! my sons loved the bunk bed room and patio. Looks like we have made this an annual thing.

The location is great/ staff was good & on site facilities/food was great. The main con was the plumbing. There was very little hot water & the plumbing was so weak the shower wouldn’t drain & the toilets took multiple flushes- which makes for a gross bathroom. Otherwise the bed was comfortable & the room was decently clean (it’s on the beach so I expected sand in various places throughout the hotel).

The amenities on the property were great! The staff in the lobby and at the pool were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, right next to Coligny Plaza. The rooms are decent - I’d say the bed area is nice but the bathrooms could definitely use an upgrade. They did have some stains on the floor and shower walls. Some of the room doors were also ajar and didn’t fully close, so that should also be addressed. However, I would definitely come back because of the amenities, staff and location.

The location was great. The pool was nice and so was the daily live music. The staff that checks you in can be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful. Housekeeping, we had them come in 2x to take out the garbage but they didn’t even attempt to make the bed or give us more toilet paper or tissues. I definitely recommend this hotel but I do think that certain things can be tweaked. Please note there is a $35 per day resort fee.
