After a day at the beach and pool the room was the perfect temperature to cool down and enjoy a movie. We compromised with the limited seating in the living room and although we received dishwasher tablets there wasn’t a dishwasher so bought disposable plates/utensils/cups etc. Would have liked to have had proper linens for the pull out bed too. For the rate and scenery well worth it because let’s be honest we weren’t there to spend the days at the room. Would stay at HHI Bath and Tennis again!!

Room was perfect for 2 people nice couple get away view was worth it , close to just about everything 15 mins away from other places close 20 mins from outlet plenty of restaurants door dash had no issues finding the room close to the beach , room was modern and cozy , sleeping will be your favorite thing to do in that king size bed

Great time at the beach

The best place to stay in Hilton head. Right on the beach. Loved being able to use the beach chairs that were provided. We were directed to the wrong building by the office staff at check in, which was a little frustrating but we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.

Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future.

We haven’t stayed at this property in 20 years and decided to give it a shot. Beautiful beach and pool, central location on island with pb courts. Best description is that it is just very tired. At check in, the main wall at front desk likely hasn’t been painted in years with dirt marks across it. Our condo was in b building 3rd floor. Not terrible, basically clean but with peeling wallpaper, couch needed cleaning, crown molding with no caulking. Good for quick weekend away but don’t expect much.

The property is very old, there were no bath products, we were lead to believe this was a resort, not a timeshare property. Everything is very outdated.
