linen had yellow stains on them due to recycling clothes and linens. There was a mold rain smell in the room. I had to use Lysol spray the entire time. Staff was nice though. I guess it's considered a low budget location. hotel.

I'll be having my 4th stay here later this month. The Okatie Hilton Head staff are the most warm and friendly individuals starting with the manager, Kay to the housekeeping staff to the breakfast room staff. In addition, my favorite stores are very close-by including Cracker Barrel and the Palmetto Goodwill right "down the road a-piece". I highly recommend .....

This is an older hotel but I must say it’s very clean inside. I had no issues whatsoever with our room, clean all around, comfortable bedding. Nice work area. The breakfast was not great, eggs were not eggs but the bacon was good. Just small selection, less than I anticipated. This hotel was a Perfect value for the money!
